The "Files First" Protocol: How to Schedule Your Appointment

We want to make the most of every minute you spend face-to-face with our providers. To do that, we use what we call a "Files First" protocol. Basically, we ask that you complete and return all your intake documents BEFORE we schedule your initial evaluation.

3 The Exam: A comprehensive, system-by-system evaluation utilizing aerospace-grade technology like VOG and CAPS.

4 The Intensive: Most patients undergo an intensive 1-week or 8-week targeted treatment program.

7. Do I need to submit my past medical records?

Yes. To maximize the value of your care, all new patient documents must be completed and returned prior to scheduling the initial evaluation appointment. This allows our team ample time to review your history so your in-office time is spent face-to-face. For complex cases, we also ask for a detailed timeline of your health issues and previous interventions.
